Refund and cancellation policy

Campaign fees

• Payment is collected upfront through Razorpay before a campaign is activated.
• Fees for completed campaign months are non-refundable.
• If ALIVE cancels your campaign for reasons within our control, we issue a prorated refund for the months not delivered.
• Late or disputed payments attract interest of 2% per month, as set out in the campaign agreement.

Charged, but your campaign did not start?

Write to hello@wearealive.in or call +91 96060 72227 with the email you booked with and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID. We check the payment against our records and either activate the campaign or refund the amount.

Free trials

A trial campaign carries no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
